Basseterre, St. Kitts- In a recent interview on GOOD MORNING SKN, three times crowned Federation Calypso King, Oscar King ASTRO Browne, reminisced on his crownings at the federal level and came to the conclusion that the most recent crown, won just this past December, must be considered the most special win.
Significantly, he alluded to the fact that it was the fiftieth year of Carnival celebrations in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis and he thinks that just that fact alone, will always resonate in the minds of calypso lovers.
He, however, indicated that his first win was also really special and his repeat effort after that, was also very meaningful to him, but for him, that win on Thursday 30th December 2021, for Sugar Mas’ 50, definitely takes the cake!
