Report of Arrest, Convictions and Other Activities.

Basseterre, St. Kitts, April 04, 2016 (RSCNPF): Below is a report of Arrest and or Convictions from the records of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force for period 01 and 02 April.

ARRESTS/BAILED:

Arrested: Careem Bradshaw of Farm Site Sandy Point, was arrested, charged and formally cautioned on a warrant in the first instance for the offence of Malicious Damage which occurred on March 27, 16 at Anchorage Road Frigate Bay.

Arrested/Bailed: Inebo Hendrickson of Malone Avenue was arrested and formally charged for the offences of Driving without a valid licence and Not being covered by an Insurance Policy. The incident occurred in Conaree on the Apr 01, 2016. Inebo Hendrickson was subsequently granted bail in the sum of five thousand ($5,000.00) and was ordered to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on Thursday, April 07, 2016.

Arrested/Bailed: Marlon Grant of Church Ground was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Possession of Cannabis. Marlon Grant was granted bail in the sum of $3000.00 XCD and ordered to appear before the Charlestown Magistrate Court on April 05, 2016 at 09:00 hrs in the forenoon

Arrested/Bailed: Damien Beveney of Brown Hill was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Possession of Cannabis. Damien Beveney was granted bail in the sum of $3000.00 XCD and ordered to appear before the Charlestown Magistrate Court on April 05, 2016 at 09:00 hrs. in the forenoon.

COURT CONVICTION:
None to report.

OTHER ACTIVITY:
Reports of House Breaking and Larceny: Criminal Investigations Department is currently investigating reports on four House Breaking’s/Larceny that occurred over the last days. One occurred in the West Farms area, one in Bath Village, one in Boyd’s Village and the other in the Camps area. Residents are reminded to ensure that their property is secured at all times. Residents are also encouraged to double check that all doors and windows are properly locked and secured prior to leaving home or retiring for the night.

Traffic Accidents:
The traffic department investigated 6 traffic accidents over the past weekend.

Police continued to conduct Vehicular Check Points and or Stop and Searches and several searches of abandoned properties, and random searches of the Ferry’s between the islands over the weekend. The check points and searches were done in efforts to ensure Citizen Safety, by removing any found Illegal Firearms, ammunition, illegal drugs, and other instruments that can be used to commit crimes.
