Basseterre, St. Kitts, February 28, 2018 (RSCNPF): Below is a report of arrests, convictions and other activities recorded by the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force for the period February 24-27, 2018.
ARRESTS AND BAIL:
Arrested: Jamarie James of Brunder Avenue, Basseterre was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Robbery committed on February 16, 2018.
Arrested: Glenville Fahie of Marion Avenue was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of House Breaking with Intent.
Arrested: Marcia Fahie of Marion Avenue was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of House Breaking and Larceny.
Arrested: Charles Liburd of College Street, Basseterre was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Simple Wounding which was committed on February 23, 2018.
Arrested: Aldre Maynard of Brick Kiln Village was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Driving Without Insurance.
Arrested/Bailed: A Juvenile of Lower Shaw Avenue, Basseterre was arrested in the presence of his father. He was then formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Robbery committed on February 16, 2018. He was granted bail in the sum of $7,000 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on April 09, 2018.
Arrested/Bailed: Jaquan Joseph of Old Road was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Malicious Damage. He was granted bail in the sum of $7,000 for his appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on March 05, 2018.
Arrested/Bailed: Frank Monzac of Cotton Ground was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of Battery on Police, Obstruction and Failing to Comply with a Lawful Order. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 for his appearance at the Charlestown Magistrate Court on February 27, 2018.
Bailed: Gregory Sweeney of Old Road, who was arrested and charged for Malicious Damage, was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 for his appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on April 09, 2018.
Bailed: Thriscan Hendrickson of Old Road, who was arrested for the offences of Battery on Police, Resisting Arrest and Refusing to Give his Name, was granted bail in the sum $5,000 for his appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on April 09, 2018.
Bailed: Aquan Julius of Old Road, who was arrested for Malicious Damage, was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 for his appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on March 03, 2018.
Bailed: Clifton Sweeney of Hermitage Road, Old Road, who was arrested for Malicious Damage committed on February 23, 2018, was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 for his appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on March 05, 2018.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
Search Warrants Executed: Police executed several search warrants during the period of this report. Warrants were executed on properties in the following areas: Stapleton Village, Fort Street, Newtown, Mad House Alley, Conaree and Bunker Hill
Abandoned Properties Searched: Police continued to execute searches on properties. Most recently they were done in areas of Fiennes Avenue, Thibou Avenue, Lonely Road and McKnight.
