Republic Bank CPL Congratulates Ravina Shanka and Dr Tara Wilkinson -McClean on Cricexec Women’s Power 50 2026 Selection

Republic Bank Caribbean Premier League (CPL) is proud to congratulate two of its senior leaders, Ravina Shankar, CPL’s Business Operations Director, and Dr Tara Wilkinson-McClean, CPL’s Head of Partnerships, on their selection to the Cricexec Women’s Power 50 for 2026.

The Cricexec Women’s Power 50 recognises the most influential women shaping the global cricket industry, spotlighting leaders whose work is driving the sport’s growth, innovation and commercial success both on and off the field. This year’s list includes executives from across broadcasting, commercial partnerships, governance and operations worldwide.

Ravina Shankar has played a pivotal role in overseeing the operational delivery of CPL’s tournament each season, ensuring the league runs smoothly across its multiple Caribbean venues while continuing to raise standards in event management and logistics.

Dr Tara Wilkinson-McClean has been instrumental in growing CPL’s commercial partnerships portfolio, forging relationships with brands and sponsors that have helped expand the league’s reach and reputation as one of the most exciting franchise competitions in world cricket.
