Basseterre, St. Kitts, November 8, 2018 – It has been confirmed that it was a member of the Regional Security System (RSS) seen lying on a road after he fell out of a moving vehicle.
The name and the country that the RSS soldier hails from were not released.
He was rushed by the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to the J N France Hospital Thursday afternoon.
According to an eye witness, “the RSS man was seen flat out in the road leading to Shadwell. He was in his uniform.”
Witnesses told WINN FM the man suffered a hard fall and appeared to have injured one of his hands. They said the soldier may have sustained other injuries during the fall as parts of his uniform were torn in different areas of his body.
