On December 11, 2025, at the Basseterre Magistrate Court, His Honour Renold Benjamin imposed the following sentences:
Driving Without Insurance: two (2) months’ imprisonment
Driving at Night Without Rear Number Plate Illumination: two (2) months’ imprisonment
Driving Without a Valid and Unexpired Licence: one (1) month’s imprisonment
Driving Without Having Obtained the Relevant Licence: fourteen (14) days’ imprisonment
All sentences are to run concurrently.
