Basseterre, St. Kitts, October 9, 2018 – Two judges of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court have had their tenure of service extended.
The Chair, Judicial and Legal Services Commission has given the direction to inform that Her Ladyship, the Hon. Justice Pearletta Lanns as High Court Judge, Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court has been assigned to St. Kitts and Nevis (St. Kitts Circuit) for the period 1st October to 15th November 2018.
Her Ladyship, the Hon. Justice Rita Joseph-Olivetti has been assigned as High Court Judge, Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court for the period 1st November 2018 to 31st January 2019.
Justice Joseph-Olivetti will sit on the bench in Antigua and Barbuda.
