SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH DONATES TO COVID-19 RELIEF EFFORTS

Basseterre, St. Kitts – On Tuesday 21st April, Pastor Stanton Adams, Island Coordinator of the Seventh-day Adventist churches on St. Kitts, presented a cheque to the value of EC 20,000.00, to Mr. Abdias Samuel, Chair of the COVID-19 National Task Force.

In making his presentation, Pastor Adams stated:

“I am pleased on behalf of the Seventh-day Adventist Church of the South Leeward Mission and more specifically the twin-island Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, our constituency here, as the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, through our community service department and our Adventist relief office, we are delighted to make a contribution of EC$ 20,000 for this fight against the COVID-19 Pandemic.”

Mr. Samuels gratefully accepted the cheque and expressed his sincere thanks to the Seventh Day Adventist church and noted that the money would go a long way in helping to fight against the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Pastor Stanton Adams, up to sometime last year, was also the Island Coordinator of the Seventh Day Adventist churches on Nevis.
