Seymour Liburd Charged for Simple Wounding

Seymour Liburd of Gillard’s Meadow, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offence of Simple Wounding, committed on March 30th, 2026.

Mr Liburd was charged on April 2nd, 2026, at the Basseterre Police Station.
