BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – Shavin Hanley of West Farm, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offences of Battery on Police and Disorderly Conduct by Making Noise.
The charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred on July 18, 2026.
Hanley was formally charged on July 20, 2026, at the Basseterre Police Station.
The matter is expected to proceed before the courts.
