SHEKINAH DANCE THEATER TURNS 8

Charlestown-Nevis-It is going to be a very significant occasion and one worthy of celebrations.

Founder and manager of the Shekinah Dance Theater, Mrs. Tamecia Lestrade, revealed on Monday that the popular dance group will be celebrating its eight year of existence on Tuesday 12th April.
In commemoration of the significant milestone, Mrs. Lestrade revealed that the dynamic group will be hosting a week of activities:

April 1st—Retreat for the tutors
April 2nd-Vist to the Flambuoyant Seniors home-assisting with the care of the elderly there April 6th –Etiquette training-open to the general public at a cost of $25.00.

The training caters to children ages five to sixteen, at a venue to be announced.

April 8th- Sale of tags throughout Charlestown
April 9th –A sleep over for the group, during which they will be taught various lifetime disciplines
April 10th-Church service
April 11th and 12th—Open training dance sessions for the general public at a small cost $20.00 between 4 and 7 pm
April 12th-The anniversary date-distributing cake and ice-cream to all who pass at the studio or community center, where the dance workshop will be held.

Mrs. Lestrade thanked God and all of the stakeholders who have assisted the group, throughout the years.
The 120 strong group encapsulates one segment in St.Kitts, supervised by Mrs. Diana Pemberton and the other in Nevis, which is supervised by Mrs. Lestrade.
Both segments will unite for the grand annual dance production, slated for July 1st and 2nd.

Mrs. Lestrade promises that it will be another super event that should not be missed by anyone.
