Shervin Bergan of West Farm, St. Kitts, has been formally charged with the offences of Reckless Driving, Obstruction, and Refusing to Provide a Specimen of Blood.
Mr Bergan was charged on February 21, 2026, at the Basseterre Police Station following investigations into the matter.
The charges stem from alleged traffic-related incidents and obstruction of law enforcement officers in the execution of their duties. The matter is expected to proceed before the Court at a later date.
