Six Nevisians in Leeward Under 17 Squad

A number of youthful Nevisian cricketers, left the island last week, en route to Antigua, where they tried out for the Leewards under 17 team, which will participate in the upcoming West Indies under 17 championships to be held in Trinidad and Tobago, from 4th to 15th July.
Six of the Nevisians have since been chosen for the 14 man squad and one is on standby.
Meanwhile, The Leeward Islands Cricket Board is pleased to announce their Team that will participate in the Cricket West Indies U-17 Tournament
