Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis — September 7, 2026 — The St. Kitts–Nevis Association of Human Resource Professionals (SKNHRP) will host its first professional development meeting in Nevis on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, bringing human resource professionals and other interested stakeholders together for an important discussion on leadership, resilience, and workplace well-being.

The session, “Leading Under Pressure: Staying Grounded, Focused, and Resilient,” will provide participants with practical strategies for managing pressure, navigating challenging workplace situations, and maintaining personal well-being while effectively supporting colleagues and employees.

The featured presenters will be:

Mr Tandy Flood, Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer, Bank of Nevis Limited; and Ms Agnola Hendrickson, Vice President of Human Resources, Bank of Nevis International (BONI), and Vice President of the St. Kitts–Nevis Association of Human Resource Professionals.

The meeting will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at the Malcolm Guishard Recreational Park, Pinney’s Beach, Nevis.

The SKNHRP is inviting human resource professionals, business leaders, managers, supervisors, and other professionals interested in strengthening their leadership capacity to attend.

“This session provides an opportunity for professionals to connect, exchange experiences, and explore practical approaches to remaining effective and resilient in demanding workplace environments,” the Association said.
