TAIPEI, TAIWAN, ROC, August 31, 2026 – The nine (9) TaiwanICDF scholarship recipients from the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis will take their places at four (4) universities in Taiwan.
The scholarship recipients attended the Opening Ceremony for the 2026 TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarships Recipients’ Orientation at the National Chung Hsing University in Taichung. Also present were St. Kitts and Nevis’ Resident Ambassador in Taiwan, His Excellency Donya L. Francis and the Embassy’s intern Ezrah Brandy.
