The first match of the revived Leeward Islands 50 overs Cricket tournament was played at Molineux in St.Kitts on Wednesday 20th April.
The St.Kitts team engaged the men from the USVI.
St.Kitts batted first and amassed a competitive 287 from their 50 overs, on the back of a well played century by Akeem Saunders.
The USVI men faltered in their batting and could only muster 114 all out in response.
