The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force has formally charged Jaheem James, also known as “Yellow Tape”, of Upper Market Street, St. Kitts, with the offence of Possession of an Imitation Firearm.
The charge stems from an incident that occurred on May 28th, 2025. Mr. James was officially charged on July 24th, 2025, at the Basseterre Police Station.
Investigations into the matter are ongoing as law enforcement continues its commitment to maintaining public safety and ensuring that all offences involving weapons—real or imitation—are treated with the seriousness they warrant.
