St. Thomas’ Gets the Better of EPPS

Another exciting encounter in the Runako Morton/TDC Primary Schools’ Cricket tournament, was played at the ET Willet Park, on Thursday 27th June.

The St. Thomas’ Primary School, came up against the Elizabeth Pemberton Primary.

The St. Thomas’ team batted first and amassed a healthy 95 for 5 in their allotted 15 overs, aided by a number of extras and some sloppy fielding in parts.

The EPPS team seemed on course at one point to challenge the total, but as soon as Shian Boddie and Kamal Brandy were separated, the regular procession to and from the pavilion, commenced.
EPPS fell just 18 runs short of the target.
