Charlestown -Nevis-Within the space of one week, three stalwart past educators on Nevis, have passed on to the great beyond.
Dead are Ms. Joycelyn Liburd, who served mainly at the Gingerland Primary School, now renamed in her honour, as the JOYCELYN LIBURD PRIMARY SCHOOL.
Mrs. Olvis Dyer, who served at various Primary schools on the island, with distinction and also achieved the position of Headmistress.
Mr. Frank Morton, who has the distinction of being the first principal at the St. James Primary School.
Fifty -one years ago, he was one of the survivors of the infamous Christena Disaster.
The Nevis Teachers; union has extended heartfelt condolences to the grieving families.
