This year marks the 3rd Staging of ETO & KZ’s STARS R US Celebration — a movement founded on a simple but powerful mission: to celebrate the successes of our youth as we aspire to be the change we wish to see, as *Vanguards within Nevisian society.
Each year, we shine a light on those who build, inspire, and uplift. And this year, for the first time, we have added the prestigious “LUMINARY AWARD” — to honour a beacon whose work illuminates the entire community.
There is no one more deserving of this inaugural award than TREVIER SMITHEN
Trevier proved what one man with vision can do. He brought Nevis to a standstill with his HIT & RUN
Tournament — 10 teams split into 2 groups, 15+ players per team, ages ranging from U13 to Masters, running from
April 5th to May 25th.
For seven weeks, villages united, families gathered, and our youth found purpose. From the youngest cricketer to our Masters, all shared one field, one spirit, one Nevis.
Through sport, Trevier revitalised community spirit, supported our youth on the right path, and is building Champions for Sport and Life.
For his selflessness, leadership, and unwavering commitment to community — Trevier Smithen is a true Luminary.
