The Coroner’s Inquest into the use of a firearm by an off-duty Police Officer that resulted in the death of a juvenile was completed on Thursday, March 10, 2016.
The panel of jurors returned a decision of “Justifiable Homicide.”
The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force respects the decision of the proceedings.
