It is with deep regret that we learned of the passing of Dr. Joseph Halliday.
Dr. Halliday was the second Principal of Sandy Point High School (now Charles E. Mills Secondary School), a Former Chief Education Officer and the first Force Personnel Officer of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force and the Fire and Rescue Services.
On behalf of the High Command, Gazetted Officers and the entire rank and file, I extend condolences to his family in this their time of bereavement. May his soul rest in eternal peace and rise in glory.
