Long serving coach at the St. Thomas’ Primary School, Emmanuel EDDY Caines Richards, has revealed that the annual Primary Schools Skipping tournament, which he initiated, will be held on Friday 30th November at the St. Thomas’ Primary School, starting at 1 pm.
This year, is the fourth year of the tournament and Richards indicated that chief sponsor from inception to present, the Hon. Vance Amory, is very much on board, as per usual.
He stated that the following schools will be participating this year: Charlestown Primary; Ivor Walters Primary; St. Thomas’ Primary; Elizabeth Pemberton Primary; St. James’ Primary; VOJN Primary and the Montessori Academy, which will be participating for the first time.
Special prizes will be given to the top teams and the male and female competitors who skip the longest, will also be rewarded with special prizes.
