Swimming : First Aquafunathlon a Success

Sheilagh James, representing the SKN Moves Nevis Chapter, is hailing the first-ever AQUAFUNATHLON, as a huge success.

The event was held on Saturday 16th April, at Oualie Beach and was hosted collaboratively between the SKN Moves Nevis Chapter and the Nevis Aquatic and Sailing Center.

The event involved three activities: Swimming, running and kayaking.

Six teams of teenagers participated:
Sea Sisters
The Rip Tides
Team C’s
Will Boss
Diver Dippers
Aqua Boys

At the end of the event, which was superbly coordinated by Coach James Weeks, the top three placers were:
