TDC Business Centre introduces its Shop and Share Initiative

Basseterre, St. Kitts – A number of children across St. Kitts will now be better prepared for the start of the new school year, thanks to an initiative from the TDC Business Centre called, Shop and Share.

The Shop and Share venture is a ‘Back to School Drive’ that allows customers/clients to purchase a wide variety of school essentials in store, such as, exercise books, backpacks, paper, crayons, scissors, pencils, pens, glue, markers, folders, erasers, as well as, arts and crafts supplies, among others.

These items are then placed in the Yellow School Bus, which is conveniently parked at the Point of Sale counter from August 24th 2015 until September 7th 2015. After, all of the products will be presented to several needy Youth.

Manager of TDC Business Centre Mr. Alphonse Pennyfeather, expressed excitement at the introduction of the endeavour stating, “Our customers, even our Corporate partners, and employees can work together to assist our underprivileged children to get ahead in the upcoming school year to help them achieve academic success.”

The TDC Business Centre already has plans to make this an Annual activity with the hope that parents and more children will be able to better be prepared for learning both in and out of the classroom.
