The TDC Group of Companies mourns the loss of Jacques Cramer, Founding Director

The Board, management and staff of the TDC Group of Companies are mourning the loss of one of its founding directors, Mr. Jacques Cramer, CSM.
The beloved businessman passed away recently having provided over forty years of dedicated service to the company since the 1st February 1973. During his tenure, Mr. Cramer was an Executive member of the management team where he helped to guide the successful direction of the firm through his insight and sage advice, and in the process helping to make the TDC brand a household name in the Federation and further afield.
His commitment to employee excellence was one of the many hallmarks for which he was well renowned. In recognition of his passion towards this attribute, in the mid-1980s, the Annual Employee of the Year Award was named in his honour, where he often took pleasure in personally presenting the accolade to the staff member who best exemplified these values at the company’s Annual General Meeting.
Outside the boardroom, the community minded activist also used his office to promote Youth advancement through Education, where several less fortunate students at the primary, tertiary, and secondary levels were the beneficiaries of financial assistance to further their studies in pursuit of academic success.
His candor, jovial personality, and warm smile will long be remembered by the TDC family who all share fond memories of their encounters with him in the offices, the boardroom, and at various company events, where he will be sadly missed.
The TDC Group is grateful to have benefitted from his knowledge and expertise and extend heart-felt sympathy to his family, business associates, and many friends.
