Cheryl Carter, Chief Operating Officer of BTMI, and Graham Clarke, Director of the Caribbean Office at BTMI, expressed their sincere gratitude to Manuel Esu, Commercial Director of Winair, and his team for their confidence in Barbados as a destination. The new SKB–BGI service will operate three times weekly, providing reliable and punctual travel options for both leisure and business travellers.

This new service is particularly significant, as the Caribbean remains Barbados’ third-largest visitor market. The route strengthens connectivity between the northern and southern Caribbean, further underscoring Barbados’ role as a growing and important destination within the region. It also reinforces Barbados’ position as a regional and global hub with much to offer travellers and partners alike.

We look forward to working closely with Winair and remain fully committed to ensuring the success of this service as we continue to enhance regional airlift and connectivity.
