BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – Timothy Hughes of McKnight, Basseterre, has been charged with the offences of Wounding and Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm.
The charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred on July 16, 2026, on Shaw Avenue in McKnight.
Hughes was formally charged on July 22, 2026, at the Basseterre Police Station.
