Timothy Powell Arrested and Charged With Cocaine Possession

Nevis :
The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) has arrested and charged Timothy Powell of Maryland, USA, who is currently residing at Meade’s Pasture, Nevis, for drug-related offences.

Mr Powell has been charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to supply. The offences were committed on October 30, 2025, at Meade’s Pasture, during the execution of a search warrant by RSCNPF officers.

During the search, officers discovered a small bag containing a white substance suspected to be cocaine inside a bag belonging to Mr Powell. The substance was later confirmed to be cocaine.

Mr Powell was subsequently charged at the Newcastle Police Station that same day.
