Nevis — Timothy Powell, a native of Maryland, USA, and a current resident of Meade’s Pasture, Nevis, has been convicted and fined for possession of cocaine.
The offence was committed on October 30th, 2025, and Mr Powell was fined five thousand dollars (EC$5,000), payable forthwith. The sentence was handed down at the Charlestown Magistrate’s Court on November 4th, 2025.
