Please find below the list of individuals who were convicted of driving offences along with their penalties and dates of conviction:
1. Akeem Francis of Sandy Point, SK was convicted on December 3rd, 2022 for driving without due care and attention. He was fined $1000, which must be paid by April 18th, 2024. In case of default, he would have to serve thirty (30) days imprisonment.
2. Merwyn Liburd of Hermitage Rd., Nevis was convicted on August 12th, 2022 for driving without a seatbelt (passenger). He was fined $100 which must be paid by March 31st, 2024. In case of default, he would have to serve fourteen (14) days imprisonment.
3. Lennox Warner of Sandy Point, SK was convicted on January 28th, 2023 for driving without due care and attention. He was fined $1500 which must be paid within one (1) month. In case of default, he would have to serve one (1) month imprisonment.
4. Atiesha Pemberton of Mount Lily, Nevis was convicted on October 13th, 2023 for driving without due care and attention as well as driving without insurance. She was fined $750 which must be paid by May 31st, 2024. In case of default, she would have to serve fourteen (14) days imprisonment.
5. Dymon Parris of Prospect, Nevis was convicted on October 13th, 2023 for driving without insurance. He was fined $500 which must be paid by May 31st, 2024. In case of default, he would have to serve fourteen (14) days imprisonment.
