Traffic Court Convictions

On May 6 and 8, 2025, several individuals appeared before Judges Sherry-Ann Liburd–Charles and Yasmine Clarke in Traffic Court. The following convictions were recorded:

– **Mc Harold Wilson** of Lodge Project: Fined $750 (to be paid within 2 months) or serve 7 days of imprisonment for driving without due care (June 2023).

– **Shakeil Lambert** of Molyneaux: Fined $1,500 (to be paid within 3 months) or serve 14 days of imprisonment for driving without due care and attention, $750 (to be paid within 2 months) or serve 14 days of imprisonment for driving without insurance, and $1,000 (to be paid within 1 month) or serve 14 days of imprisonment for driving without a valid license (June 2024).

– **Ozani Purcell** of Stapleton: Fined $2,000 (to be paid within 3 months) or serve 14 days of imprisonment for driving without due care and attention (August 2024).

– **Dannell Parrington** of Lime Kiln: Fined $400 or serve 14 days of imprisonment for driving without a valid license, and $750 (to be paid within 2 months) or serve 14 days of imprisonment for driving without insurance (November 2024).

– **Jason Wilkes** of Greenlands: Fined $800 (to be paid within 2 months) or serve 1 month of imprisonment for driving without due care and attention (November 2024).

– **Bakari Liburd** of St. Johnson Village: Fined $1,500 (to be paid within 1 month) or serve 14 days of imprisonment for driving without due care and attention (November 2024).

– **Jehance Richards** of West Farm: Fined $500 (to be paid within 6 months) or serve 14 days of imprisonment for driving without a valid license and cautioned for driving without insurance (April 2025).

– **Shaquille Worrell** of Cayon: Fined $750 (to be paid within 2 months) or serve 14 days of imprisonment for driving without a valid license, and cautioned for driving without insurance (April 2025).
