Treval Hodge Sentenced for Importation of Cannabis

Treval Hodge, a resident of Haynes-Smith Village in St. Kitts and the Bronx, New York, has been sentenced for multiple offenses related to the importation and possession of controlled substances. On December 24, 2024, Mr. Hodge was jointly charged by the Comptroller of Customs and the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) for the following offenses, which occurred between December 21 and December 23, 2024:

1. Importation of a controlled drug, specifically cannabis;
2. Possession of a controlled drug, specifically cannabis, with intent to supply;
3. Submitting a false customs declaration;
4. Importing a quantity of goods, specifically cannabis sativa, packed in a manner intended to deceive a customs officer.
