BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, September 8, 2026 — Two new judges, both female, have been assigned to the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis with effect from September 2026.
The High Courts in Dominica, Montserrat, and Grenada will also see new faces on their respective judicial benches.
The Chief Justice of the OECS Supreme Court, Her Ladyship, the Hon. Madam Margaret Price Findlay, has announced the reassignments.
Her Ladyship, the Hon. Justice Paula Gilford, High Court Judge from the State of Grenada, has been transferred to St. Kitts and Nevis (Nevis Circuit), with effect from September 21, 2026.
Her Ladyship, the Hon. Justice Sejilla McDowall, High Court Judge, has been transferred from the Commonwealth of Dominica to St. Kitts and Nevis (St. Kitts Circuit), with effect from September 14, 2026.
His Lordship, the Hon. Justice Iain Morley, High Court Judge, has been transferred from St. Kitts and Nevis (Nevis Circuit) to the Commonwealth of Dominica, with effect from September 14, 2026.
His Lordship, the Hon. Justice Patrick Thompson Jr., High Court Judge, St. Kitts and Nevis (St. Kitts Circuit), has been reassigned to the Territory of Montserrat, with effect from September 14, 2026.
Her Ladyship, the Hon. Justice Akilah Anderson, High Court Judge from the Territory of the Virgin Islands, has been transferred to the State of Grenada, with effect from September 14, 2026.
His Lordship, the Hon. Justice Davidson Kelvin Baptiste, High Court Judge (Ag.), has been transferred from the Territory of Montserrat to the Commonwealth of Dominica, with effect from September 14, 2026.
