The VPL Cricket league, has reached to an exciting stage.
According to chief coordinator, Michael WISE Herbert, the fourth spot in the semis, was sealed by the Guyanese team, as they comfortably took care of the GIANT KILLER team, the youthful development team, last Sunday.
The Guyanese team batted first and got to 109, with Alvin top scoring with 23 and the Development team could only muster 73 in response.
According to Herbert, the semifinals will commence this coming Sunday-28th April at 1.30 pm with SDA Jets, the number one ranked team, taking on the number four team-The Guyanese and match two, which is set for 3 pm will feature the King’s X1 versus the JahBass team
The finals is scheduled for Sunday 5th May.
