Water salute to officially inaugurate Seaborne Airline’s daily service to St. Kitts

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, JANUARY 20TH 2014 (CUOPM) – A water salute from fire tenders of the St. Kitts Fire Services awaits Seaborne Airlines when it officially inaugurates its daily service on Tuesday to St. Kitts’ Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport.

A ceremony is planned by the St. Kitts Tourism Authority on Tuesday afternoon to inaugurate the daily service between Puerto Rico’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan and St. Kitts’ Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport, with continuing service to Nevis’ Vance W. Amory International Airport.

Federal Minister of Tourism and International Transport, Senator the Hon. Ricky Skerritt, who is expected to deliver remarks during the ceremony, has already expressed exceptional pleasure to have Seaborne provide daily service to the Federation.

“Seaborne is building out an exciting new flight network between Puerto Rico and the neighboring islands,” Minister Skerritt is quoted by the authority.

“This San Juan service will also add valuable capacity to the system of air bridges we have been developing between St. Kitts & Nevis and various international source markets.”
