THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN FORECAST: A tropical wave is affecting the Eastern Caribbean. It will generate cloudy spells with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms to Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, the Windward Islands and Leeward Islands today.

These conditions will spread to the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico later today and tonight.

Meanwhile a second tropical wave in the vicinity of Hispaniola will trigger cloudy skies with showers and thunderstorms to Haiti and the Dominican Republic today and tonight.
