DON’T MISS OUT ON A FUN RUN IN THE SUN!!
In acknowledgment of World Obesity Day, the Health Promotion Unit will be hosting a road relay. The relay will be held on the main street of Charlestown on Thursday, March 4th, 2021 at 2 pm.
IT WILL BE FUN!! COME WATCH THE VARIOUS TEAMS GET MOVING AND STAY ACTIVE AS WE ALL CONTINUE THE FIGHT AGAINST OBESITY AND NON-COMMUNICABLE DISEASES
Relay Route:
1st leg From Best Buy (Charlestown) entrance to the Charlestown Police Station
2nd leg From Charlestown Police Station to the Courthouse (library)
3rd leg From Courthouse to the Sim Daniel Bust (statue by Tourism Authority and Post Office)
4th leg From Sim Daniel Bust to the end of Republic Bank/Sports Zone road (the road that we usually drive up)
5th leg Turning left on Samuels Hunkins Drive and ending at the Bust
At the end of the race, there will be a very short prize-giving ceremony.

Ending Point – Sim Daniel Bust
