Xavier Francis, an inmate at His Majesty’s Prison, has been sentenced to twelve (12) months imprisonment for the offence of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm, committed on September 23rd, 2023, while incarcerated.
Following an amended indictment and a guilty plea, Mr Francis received a sentence to be served consecutively to his existing term of imprisonment.
The sentence was handed down at the St. Christopher Circuit High Court on November 10th, 2025, by His Lordship Justice Iain Morley KC.
