Basseterre, St. Kitts – Zhane Warner and Sadonis Jarvis, both of Sandy Point, St. Kitts, have been convicted and sentenced for the offence of Robbery committed on November 3, 2023, in Belle Vue, St. Kitts.
The two defendants were found guilty of the offence and were sentenced on September 2, 2026, at the High Court in Basseterre, which was presided over by His Lordship Justice Patrick Thompson Jr.
Warner was sentenced to two (2) years’ imprisonment, suspended for three (3) years, subject to additional conditions imposed by the Court.
Among the conditions, Warner was ordered to pay a monthly fine of EC$750 for a period of 36 months, commencing October 2, 2026. The Court further stipulated that any breach of the conditions imposed could result in Warner being brought back before the Court.
Jarvis was sentenced to four (4) years’ imprisonment at His Majesty’s Prison. He was also ordered to pay EC$5,000 in compensation to the victim, to be paid within 12 months of his release.
