In its latest contract cycle, Cricket West Indies (CWI) has extended Starter (development) contracts for the 2025/26 season—and among the selected women is Jahzara Claxton of St. Kitts.
The contracts, which take effect October 1, reward standout performers and rising talent as CWI aims to deepen its talent pool and provide security for promising players.
For Jahzara, this contract is a breakthrough. It places her in the official CWI retainer structure and gives her access to structured training, support, and visibility at the regional level.
