Kelvon Hutton Charged With Larceny

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS — Kelvon Hutton of Taylor’s Housing Development, Basseterre, has been formally charged with the offence of larceny.

The charge was laid on January 22, 2026, at the Basseterre Police Station.
