BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — Shem Browne of New Castle, Nevis, has been formally charged in connection with a series of traffic-related offences.
Mr. Browne was charged on May 16, 2026, at the Cotton Ground Police Station with four counts of Reckless Driving. He was subsequently charged on May 19, 2026, at the Charlestown Police Station with four counts of Causing Grievous Bodily Harm and Driving Without Due Care and Attention.
The charges arise from an ongoing police investigation into a traffic-related incident. The matter is expected to proceed before the courts.
