Troubleshooting Tips

Date Format: If you have entered all data accurately but are unable to log in, try changing the date format to dd/mm/yyyy. Birth certificate number is not required.

Last Name Accuracy: Ensure that you enter your last name exactly as it appears on your timetable, even if it contains a typo. Contact your registering institution for guidance on how to correct any name errors.

Dual Registrations: Candidates registered both through a school and privately must log in separately using each corresponding set of registration details to view both sets of results.

GRADE REVIEW AND QUERY PROCESS
Candidates wishing to have their grades reviewed should adhere to the following guidelines:

Review Period: The grade review window opens on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, and closes on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.

Fee: The grade review cost is XCD $85.00 per subject.

St. Kitts Candidates: Candidates in St. Kitts must visit the Government Treasury to request a Grade Review Payment Form and make the payment there. After payment, follow the instructions provided at the bottom of the form.

Nevis Candidates: Candidates in Nevis should request the payment form directly from the Department of Education at Marion Heights.

Ungraded/Absent Candidates: Candidates issued grades of UNG or ABS should contact the Examinations Department in St. Kitts at (869) 467-1877 or in Nevis at (869) 469-5521 ext. 5085 for next steps.

Mr Solomon Claxton, National Examinations Registrar / CXC Local Registrar in the Ministry of Education, wishes all candidates the very best as they access their results.

Key Corrections Made:

Typo Corrections: Corrected “Candidates desirous of having” to the more natural “Candidates wishing to have,” and fixed the phrasing “Candidates in St. Nevis” to “Candidates in Nevis.”

Punctuation & Flow: Cleaned up phone number extensions, added proper hyphenation for date ranges (May–June), and added missing commas for readability across complex sentences.

Capitalisation & Formatting: Ensured consistent bolding for key web links, dates, and instructions so candidates can easily scan the document.
