BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS— Ambassador Edward Tao was at the Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport on Saturday the 22 August, to see off the first batch of 23 Taiwan Scholarship recipients as they departed the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis for Taiwan to pursue their tertiary education.
The scholarship recipients are among students who have been allowed to further their academic and professional development through the Taiwan Scholarship programme.
Ambassador Tao extended his best wishes to the students as they embark on this important new chapter of their educational journey. He encouraged them to make the most of the opportunities available to them, remain focused on their studies and embrace the experience of studying in Taiwan.
The Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in St. Kitts and Nevis wishes all 23 scholarship recipients a safe journey and every success in their academic endeavours in Taiwan.
The Embassy also looks forward to following their progress and celebrating their achievements as they pursue their educational goals abroad.
