Caribbean performers invited to take part in a unique opportunity for international musical theatre development and talent scouting

International casting director Ralf Schaedler is partnering with Capisterre Music to present a special two-day talent development workshop and scouting initiative in St. Kitts & Nevis at the end of October.

Performers from St. Kitts & Nevis and across the Caribbean are invited to participate in this unique opportunity to develop their skills, gain insight into the international musical theatre industry, and potentially be considered for future professional opportunities.

Ralf Schaedler is an established European casting professional with extensive experience in musical theatre and international casting. During the workshop, he will work directly with performers on key areas of professional performance, including performance technique, interpretation, audition preparation, and the expectations of the international musical theatre industry.

More Than a Workshop: An International Talent-Scouting Opportunity

The initiative will also serve as a talent-scouting opportunity, with Ralf looking for performers who demonstrate potential to pursue professional careers in musical theatre, including roles in international productions and Broadway-related projects.

For Caribbean performers, this represents a rare opportunity to have their talent assessed by an experienced international casting professional—without having to travel abroad to begin the process.

Start Preparing Now

Participants will receive performance material in advance and are encouraged to begin preparing as soon as possible.

Performers who already have performance videos, particularly showcasing vocal ability, acting, musical theatre or live performance, are encouraged to submit their materials for consideration.
