Thorne Flemming of Old Road, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to five years’ imprisonment following proceedings at the High Court of St. Kitts and Nevis on August 31st, 2026, presided over by His Lordship Justice Patrick Thompson Jr.
The matter was subject to three (3) charges, all arising from an incident on April 27th, 2025. His Lordship returned the following verdicts and sentence:
Possession of a Firearm: Not Guilty
Possession of Ammunition: Not Guilty
Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply: Guilty; sentenced to five years’ imprisonment. Time spent on remand will count towards the sentence.
