The Bank of Nevis Limited is pleased to recognise and celebrate the remarkable career and dedicated service of Ms Jasmine Herbert, a valued member of the Bank family and one of the institution’s longest-serving employees.
Ms Herbert began her career with the Bank of Nevis Limited on March 29, 1993, joining the institution as a Secretary. What began as her first role with the Bank would develop into an impressive career spanning more than three decades—marked by growth, professional development, and steadfast commitment.
Throughout her career, Ms Herbert consistently demonstrated a willingness to learn, embrace new challenges, and grow with the organisation. During her tenure, she served for a period at the Gingerland Branch, where she gained valuable experience and deepened her understanding of the Bank’s operations and, importantly, the customers it serves.
Her career progression reflects both her versatility and her dedication to professional excellence. From her initial role as Secretary, she advanced to Credit Secretary and subsequently held a number of positions within the Loans Department. Through hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to continuous development, Ms Herbert ultimately advanced to her current position as Team Leader, Credit Administration.
Her journey over more than 30 years is a testament to the value of dedication, adaptability, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Ms Herbert has not only developed her own career but has also contributed meaningfully to the growth and success of the Bank throughout the years.
