|Position Description||Provide implementation, maintenance and technical support while ensuring IT policies and standards are enforced. Coordinate with IT colleagues and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high quality service to our end-user community|
|Responsibilities||§ Manage information systems including telecommunications, standard applications, hardware, network infrastructure, and end-user support; supervise, develop, and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel; develop long-range plans; review and communicate information systems and telecommunications policies.
§ Advise and assist users of computers and information systems; determine and evaluate user needs; develop manuals and other training aids as needed; consistently review and revise processes and procedures based on changing technology
|Skills and Requirements||Skills / Knowledge:
§ Excel intermediate level (validation test).
§ MS Word intermediate level.
§ MS Outlook intermediate level.
§ Strong resistance to stress and pressure. / Ability to adapt to constant changes.
§ Capacity to handle priorities and frequent changes in priorities.
§ Strong analytical/mathematical skills.
§ Excellent communication and computer skills.
§ Ability to work under tight timeframes and continuous multi-tasking.
§ Possess to following qualities: sense of urgency, autonomy, attention to detail, initiative and flexibility.
§ Must be discrete when confronted with delicate issues involving the balance between company needs and employee satisfaction.
