Now that the CPL action at Warner Park is over, the home fans can now turn their attention to the big match set for Sunday 22nd September.
It is known as Kevin’s big Bash and it will be played at Hard Times, staring promptly at 2 pm.
In giving an update this week, Michael WISE Herbert, indicated that everything is in place for the grand money match between the Guyanese and the Rawlins teams.
According to Herbert, before a ball is even bowled, the players are already winners, as the winning team will bag $1,000.00 and the losing team will pocket $500.00.
There is also much in store for the organizers, umpires, grounds men and spectators as well—thanks to Kevin of Kevin’s Construction.
Herbert also stated that there will be much entertainment value off the field as well, but stopped short of elaborating.
‘You have to come out and see for yourself’, he said, with a smile.
